File upload: only track name and file are sent; include organization_name, project_name, run_id, context_id, and task_id as columns in the sheet (organization_name defaults to "Globallogic" if absent). JSON: POST body is { "data": [ ... ] } with track_name, organization_name, project_name, run_id, context_id, and task_id on each row.
